Zelenskyy says military managed to hit two refineries in targeted attacks
Lithuania’s defence minister Robertas Kaunas warned that Russia could be considering possible “false flag” provocations against Nato countries in the Baltic region.
A false flag attack is a covert military operation carried out with the intention of blaming a rival country for it; in this case, with Russia expected to try to pin blame on Ukraine.
