Suspilne, Ukraine’s state broadcaster, reports that a source at the proposed peace talks in Istanbul said the Ukrainian delegation is ready to discuss the issue of a 30-day ceasefire.
It reported that the makeup of the Ukrainian delegation remains unknown.
