L’arrêté a été publié ce dimanche au Journal officiel. Nicolas Sarkozy, président de 2007 à 2012, a été exclu de la Légion d’honneur. Il devient ainsi le deuxième chef de l’État français à être privé de cette distinction après le maréchal Pétain.
