Exercising on weekends only may cut risk of mental decline, study shows

Although evidence regarding the optimal timing of physical activity has been controversial, a new study has found the start of the day appears to be the best time to enhance the link between daily moderate to vigorous physical activity and obesity. Exercising at the weekends only may be just as beneficial for slowing mental decline as working out throughout the week, researchers have said.
